We all know that there is a strong link between what we eat and being well. However, demands of work and family life as well as food or lifestyle preferences can get in the way of healthy eating.

It doesn't always have to be that way. No matter what our lives are like, small positive changes can be made. Maybe it's as simple as eating an extra piece of fruit a day, cooking foods a different way, or even trying a new food. Developing healthy eating habits is simpler and easier than you might think and you will look and feel better.

The Nutrition and Health Foundation offer easy and simple to use information on making smarter choices when it comes to eating; with tips on healthy eating, the food pyramid explained, food labels and provide a food diary that you can use to help you keep track of what you are eating.
